Thanks for sending in your piece.
Obviously I’m not interested in how well you write essays so I hope you understand that was not the goal. The goal of this assignment was to just get you to refine how you think about photography and to try to take some inspiration from the masters.
Like all the assignments, you get out what you put in. Lauren, (user 100222) spent some serious time thinking about what her inspiration was and actually realized it was her mother!
I hope you we’re able to gain some insights into why you want to take better images, and how other people have influenced your thinking.
It would be helpful for me if you update your forum signature so I can get to know you a little better. Even just adding a name would be great. A website, twitter, and or facebook would be even better!
Btw, here is a list of other photographers that you can study. See if you can find the one on the list that doesn’t belong on that list… 🙂
