There are a few things here. First you’ve completed the assignment because you’ve gone out and shot an assignment with a filter of your choosing. So job well done, you’ve completed the assignment!
Second, beyond just completing the assignments here thought I want you to think also about composition and the everything else you’ve learned. In this case the composition of your image feels a bit awkward.
One of the most essential elements with photography is to choose what does NOT go into the frame. This may seem obvious but there is a great deal to this. In this case pretty much everything on the right side of the frame is distracting.
Don’t worry though getting down to the essential elements with your images is quite a challenge and it take practice.
What’s important here is that you have started to use filters. What’s great is that you’ve selected a filter AND used it perfectly! Using ND filters is great for shooting long exposure images. Nice work!
Overall you’ve done a fantastic job.
I would encourage you to try and shoot some more images with this filter.
