I think your portfolio is quite good. I like your portraits. I would encourage you to shoot some more images with shallow depth of field and a nice catch light in your subjects’ eyes. Glamour style shots you know…
I would recommend that you change your profile on flickr to include more information about you.

Finally don’t forget that you might want to use your own website for your images. For example photoshelter allows you to run photo portfolio on your own domain name. I say this because flickr is slowly dying and I wouldn’t want you to invest too much of your time and energy on that platform.
On your own site you always have control…
