    Hi,

I’m trying to figure out where my shutter speed and aperture settings are on my camera and how to set them; I just can’t seem to! I have a Canon EOS Rebel T3, if it matters it says EOS 1100D? I don’t know, but I cannot find these settings and I have been through the manual over and over, does anyone here happen to know? Thanks.

Take a look at your manual:

Look at shutter priority mode or aperture priority mode.

Otherwise set it to Manual mode and toggle your speed and aperture by hand.

    Does that help?

Okay I swear that manual never says anything about how to do it lol, but I put it in manual and then googled the issue too and got an answer on yahoo about what to toggle, It is so not labeled lol. But I have it! 😀 Thank you! I was starting to feel really silly!

Don’t worry you will get it. Sometimes Canon cameras aren’t as intuitive as Nikons…

It takes some getting used to!
