uploading and attaching assignments

please please can someone help me in how do i ujpload and submit an assignment. I cannot find this instruction anywhere and want to get on and complete assignment number 1

If you scroll down to the bottom area of the page, you will see a button that says add attachment, click and upload your picture, repeat for the second picture as well.
