Ok, I didn’t want to get too crazy on this because I still have a lot to learn. I also think people can get a bit out of control on the photoshop stuff. I prefer using it as needed to make a drastic impact with only slight changes. In this photo I took what was a white background and messed with the color levels to get a nice blue that accents the bright yellow of the flower. As I learn more I will do some fancier stuff. 🙂

    Hey Kirk,

    You’ve done very well here.

I can’t even tell that anything was modified in the image and the photo looks quite nice.

Since this is not a photoshop course and you’ve done exactly what the assignment asked of you I don’t really have anything to say!

    Nice job!

Thanks! All I did is mess with the color levels in the background. I played around with some of the filters and such if you would like to see more but I just like being as pure as possible for now. I used GIMP which is pretty powerful considering its free. Also, do you have other classes we could take?

I going to try to develop more courses.

In the mean time if you’d like I can coach you one on one for a fee.

    Let me know.

    Thanks!
